Spectrum Seniors: Who we are and what we do

March 29, 2018

Compassionate care, support and compliance is Spectrum’s promise to you.

Spectrum Seniors is formed by experienced professionals from all aspects of Senior Care hoping to bridge the gap between Seniors and the resources available to them. Our ultimate goal is simple: safe and personalized quality care no matter the type of setting our seniors choose to live in.

Our Mission, Value and Culture:

Compassionate care, support and compliance is Spectrum’s promise to you.

Our ultimate goal is simple: safe and personalized quality care no matter the type of setting our seniors choose to live in. We listen, understand and build partnership with our clients while ensuring professionalism, growth and fun-environment for our employees.

Our Logo:

Our Colors:

  • Green: the color of balance, harmony and growth. The equilibrium between head and the heart, and the sanctuary away from the stresses of modern living, restoring us back to a sense of well being.

  • Purple/Violet: the color of compassion and humanitarian, using its better judgment to do good for others. It also represent wisdom and power with sensitivity and humility.

Services available:

For Seniors:

1) Care Partners: No task is too small or too big. We are available to assist and provide non-medical care services in the comfort of resident’s home and care facilities. Unlike other care agency, we do not impose minimum hours for our care partners.

2) Care Managers: Our care managers assess the resident prior to start of care. We want to create a personalized service and care for you and your loved one. In addition to our Care Managers overseeing the Care Partners, they will also work closely with the resident -- thus they are also very knowledgeable in ongoing and changing needs of our residents. Our Care Managers may assist in arranging, transporting or accompanying the residents to medical appointments.

For Family Members:

1) Let us take away the burden of caring for your loved one. You get to be the spouse, son, daughter, etc who is no longer stressed from caring for your loved one. It doesn’t mean you won’t know what is going on with your loved one; you will be given status update. Go ahead, take that much needed R&R.

2) Resources: Because of our expertise in various senior care, we have a breadth of resources available. You may no longer need to take your loved one out of home for podiatry, MD appointment or even salon services. Again -- sit back, relax and we will take care of it.

For Senior Care Providers:

For care facilities:

1) Our Care Partners are not just Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant trained; they also completed 40 hours of RCFE required trainings including dementia care. We are available to you for companion care, supplemental staffing and many more. Let us make your job easy for you.

2) Our staff consist of experienced Home Health Nurses, Ombudsman, Business Office Managers, RCFE administrators, Health and Wellness/Care Directors and Executive Chefs. Why run the small care home without any support system in place? We will be glad to be your HR, clinical and/or regulatory & compliance support.

Clinicians: (coming soon)...

We take great pride in our exceptional care and support we give to our clients. We are innovative professionals who dislike the word, “NO,” therefore, we will find an awesome and acceptable solution for you.
